Dr. Ifedayo Kuye is the Medical Director at Hera, where he brings a rare combination of frontline clinical expertise and healthcare systems leadership to help shape how Hera serves aging families. A physician-executive with deep roots in value-based care and population health, he currently serves as Senior Medical Director of Clinical Programs at Oscar Health, overseeing clinical strategy for virtual care and care management teams. He also holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and teaches Healthcare Financing at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Previously, he served as VP and Medical Director of Quality and Population Health at SCAN, a Medicare Advantage plan with 285,000 members, and as Medical Director of Value Based Care at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Dr. Kuye holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School (Cum Laude), an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was named a George F. Baker Scholar, and a B.A. in Economics and Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard University (Magna Cum Laude).
