Connie Kang is Co-founder and COO of Hera, where she leads the company's operations and growth strategy to make Medicare-covered parent care accessible to every family in America. Before Hera, she spent nearly four years at Headway, rising to Head of Patient Growth after serving as the second BizOps hire who helped scale the company from Series A to Series D. Prior to that, she spent four years in enterprise business development and strategy at Palantir. Connie holds a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Sphinx Senior Society.
