Isabella Petas is a Founding Team member at Hera, serving as Head of Care Management, where she leads operational excellence to help families navigate parent care covered by Medicare. Before Hera, she spent three years at Headway as a Senior Product Manager and Head of Patient Operations, and prior to that held senior strategy and operations roles at Uber Eats across New York and London. Isabella holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from Miami University, where she was a Paul M. Vail Award recipient and co-founded the Women in Economics club.
